Ghana midfielder Salim Adams has taken part in his first training session with Al Hilal SC after completing his move from Ghana Premier League champions Medeama SC.

The 24-year-old joined his new teammates on Thursday as the Sudanese giants stepped up preparations for the 2026/27 season, just a day after finalising his transfer.

Al Hilal announced Adams’ arrival in an official statement on Wednesday, confirming that the Ghanaian midfielder has signed a four-year contract with the club.

“Ghanaian midfielder Salem Adams, 24, has joined the ranks of Sudan’s giant on a four-year contract.

“Everyone at our club welcomes you, Adams, and wishes you every success,” the club said in a statement on Facebook.

Adams joins Al Hilal after an outstanding campaign with Medeama, where he played a pivotal role in the club’s success.

The midfielder established himself as one of the Ghana Premier League’s standout performers during the 2025/26 season, helping Medeama secure the league title.

The move to Al Hilal marks the next step in Adams’ career as he prepares to test himself with one of Sudan’s most successful clubs.

Having already begun training with his new teammates, the Ghana international will now look to settle quickly and play an important role for Al Hilal SC.
