Ghana international Frank Acheampong put up a good performance to help Henan FC secure victory over Dalian Yingbo in the Chinese Super League at the weekend.
The former Black Stars winger started and played full throttle of the match as his outfit cruised to a resounding 4-0 home win over their opponent on Sunday.
Acheampong played a pivotal role by registering his name on the scoresheet, contributing to the club’s emphatic win against Dalian Yingbo at the Zhengzhou Hanghai Stadium.
Henan FC sealed victory in the first half following a dominant display in the much-anticipated clash.
The host shot into the lead after just nine minutes into the match through Felippe Cardoso before Lucas Maia bagged a brace in the 31st-minute and 41st-minute marks respectively.
Before the half hour mark, the experienced Ghanaian winger found the net to cement victory for Henan FC.
The 31-year-old winger has been outstanding in the Chinese top-flight this season, scoring 11 goals and providing 3 assists in 22 appearances for Henan FC.
