Ghana’s Emmanuel Yeboah nets again as Halmstad defeat Elfsborg in Swedish Allsvenskan – Ghana Latest Football News, Live Scores, Results

Ghanaian forward Emmanuel Yeboah continued his fine run of form for Halmstads BK, finding the net in their 2-1 away win over IF Elfsborg on matchday 21 of the Swedish Allsvenskan.

The 22-year-old striker opened the scoring in first-half stoppage time, calmly converting from the penalty spot to register his third goal in just four appearances since joining the club on loan last month. His strike set Halmstad on course for a vital victory in Borås.

Yeboah’s impact has been immediate. Earlier in the week, he scored twice in a Swedish Cup tie against Myresjö, including a stunning long-range chip over the goalkeeper from near the centre circle — a goal that underlined his natural instincts and confidence in front of goal.

After a difficult spell with parent club Brøndby IF and a stint at CFR Cluj, the Ghanaian appears rejuvenated in Sweden. His sharp form suggests he is determined to make this season a turning point in his career as Halmstad push for a strong finish in the league.
