VALCO does not need more than $60m to reach full production capacity – Board Chair

The Board Chair of the Volta Aluminium Company Limited (VALCO), Ambassador Horace Nii Ayi Ankrah has disclosed that the state-owned aluminium smelter requires no more than $60 million to achieve full operational capacity.
