E-commerce & Digital Sales Officer


A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce & Digital Sales Officer to grow our online sales, strengthen our digital presence, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website and online stores.
  • Drive online sales through digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage the company’s platforms and create engaging content.
  • Monitor online orders and coordinate timely order fulfilment.
  • Optimise website content for SEO and user experience.
  • Manage customer enquiries, reviews, and online reputation.
  • Track website traffic, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
  • Build and manage relationships with online marketplaces and delivery platforms.
  • Support product launches and digital brand campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.
  • Experience in the food, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
