Work on the dualisation of the Winneba to Mankessim road has reached 25 percent, with construction progressing steadily since it began in December 2025. The 24 kilometre stretch forms part of the wider Winneba-Cape Coast road upgrade, a major infrastructure project aimed at improving travel along Ghana rsquo;s central coastal corridor.
