A former President of the Ghana Bar Association, Sam Okudzeto, has criticised the exclusion of the association from consultations on the Legal Education Reform Bill, 2025. Parliament recently passed the bill to expand access to professional legal education and reform the current system dominated by the Ghana School of Law.
