Renowned Grammy-winning reggae artiste Gramps Morgan has been warmly welcomed to Ghana and installed as a Development Chief by the Ga Traditional Council during his visit to the country. The Jamaican-American singer, a founding member of Morgan Heritage, arrived in Ghana for the first time following the passing of his brother, Peter Morgan.
