Former Finance Minister, Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam, has described the government rsquo;s 24-hour economy policy as a ldquo;scam rdquo; and ldquo;dead on arrival rdquo;. He argued that the policy, introduced by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as a vehicle to boost job creation and productivity, lacks the necessary structure and funding to succeed.
