The head coach of Eleven Wonders, Emmanuel Aidoo, was left speechless on Friday after the team’s defeat to Bechem United in the Ghana Premier League.
In what was a Week 31 fixture of the 2025/26 league campaign, Wonders suffered a 3-1 defeat. It was a result that summed up how poor the team has been all season and why they have been relegated long before the end of the season.
In his post-match interview, coach Emmanuel Aidoo broke down as he struggled to find words to explain his team’s struggles.
“Seriously, it’s very difficult for me. I don’t even know what to say,” Aidoo said.
The Eleven Wonders coach continued, “Look at how many chances we created. If we had taken our chances, do you think we would have lost this game? I don’t think so. Seriously, as it stands, it’s just too much. I don’t know what to say. In most of our games, we create the chances, but we can’t score.”
Although the team has already been relegated, coach Emmanuel Aidoo has assured supporters that his team will put up a strong fight in the four remaining matches of the season.
